- Fulton County Sportsman Club is an outdoorsman’s club and shooting range located on County Road 14 in Wauseon. The range and clubhouse are just north of the Walmart store which is located at the intersection of County Road 14 and Route 2.
- Members meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held at the Clubhouse. Attendance is encouraged to keep members informed of club business and events. Members are encouraged communicate their concerns and suggestions at the meetings.
- The shooting range consists of 6 bays. Bay 1 is a rifle bay with berms at 100 and 200 yards. Bays 2 through 6 are shorter bays approximately 50 yards in depth. Pistol, rifle, shotgun usage is allowed on all bays. We ask that Bay 1 be used for shooting at longer distances (greater than 50 yards). If Bays 2-6 are in use, then Bay 1 can be used for shooting at shorter distances.
- A trap range is located at the Clubhouse. It is open for practice on Thursdays starting at 4:00 PM during the trap season. The shooting range is closed during trap practice sessions and trap matches.
- The range is open 24 hours a day. There is no range lighting. Firing after dark using night vision optics or weapon illumination is allowed.
- If you are the last one to leave the range, please close and lock the gate.
- Other specific range rules are available on the Club website and are posted on the range.
- The range is closed during events and for the set-up those events. The calendar of events is posted on the club website and Facebook page.
- Dues are $100 for the calendar year, January 1st to December 31st. Your membership will be expire on December 31st unless you renew. Access to the range will not be possible if your membership expires.
- Your membership allows access to range facilities for yourself, your spouse, and any children under the age if 18 that are members of your household.
- Guests are not permitted to range facilities under your membership. An additional membership for an annual fee of $100 can be purchased and used to bring a guest (designated as a “guest pass”).
- There is a pond on the club property. You may fish, but there is a catch and release policy. Non-motorized watercraft (canoes, kayaks, rowboats, paddle boats) are allowed on the pond. Use of the pond is at your own risk.
- Keep in mind that a membership is not just a range pass. You are joining an organization that offers much for its members and the public. We encourage our members to get involved.
