Rental Fee Increase for 2025

Rental fees for the building will be increasing effective January 1st, 2025 for all new rentals not currently booked as of August 20th.
Fee schedule is:
Rental Fee – $500
Returnable Deposit – $500
Early Key Pickup – $50

All other terms remain the same.
